The Guest House is also available for rent, together or separately from the Main Inn. The space has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Package includes the use of the living room featuring a 40" flat panel TV, private laundry, dining room and kitchen.

Summertime temperatures in Wilmington Vermont average in 70-80°F range with nighttime temperatures dropping to the 50s °F. As such, our guesthouse does not have air conditioning. Feel free to open windows and doors and let the cool, evening mountain air in! All rooms are furnished with a fan for your comfort. Please note that the pool and hot tub close at 11 PM, and no swimming is permitted after this time.

Inn section - Game room w/air hockey table, billiard room, all-purpose entertainment room w/ 60" flatscreen TV, exercise room, and sauna
Outdoor - Outdoor heated* pool and hot tub

Outdoor common areas are open for all guests' use, and both Inn and Guest House guests have direct access to those amenities during your stay. Inn section common areas are NOT accessible to Guest House guests while we have Private Group Inn Guests staying with us.

*pool is only open/heated during the summer months (6/15 - Labor Day weekend)
