The Inn at Quail Run is nestled in 12+ wooded acres with beautiful views of both Deerfield Valley and Haystack Mountain. It has been completely renovated and is only 3.5 miles from the Mt. Snow ski resort.

Our Guest House has 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths, a living room, dining room, and fully equipped self-catering kitchen if you wish to make your own meals.

For Individual Bookings, we provide tea and coffee with a light continental breakfast, which may include a rotating selection of pastries & bread products, snacks, and fruit.

The Inn features a large commercial kitchen ideal for self-catering and preparing meals for private parties - a culinary enthusiast's dream kitchen! It's the perfect getaway for large groups, clubs, family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats that offers a private bath in every bedroom. Common areas within the Inn section include an entertainment room, game room with a pool table and air hockey table, fitness room, dry sauna, outdoor heated in-ground pool during summer seasons, and seasonal hot tub. Please note that when there is a private group in the Inn section of the property, Guest House guests will not have access to Inn section common areas; all guests have direct access to the outdoor hot tub and pool when open for the season. We also provide free Wi-Fi, and on-site laundry facilities (washer and dryer). While we have a no pet policy, service animals are always welcome.

My family and friends always have a great time here at the Inn. Mount Snow Ski Resort is only 3.5 miles away for wintertime skiing and snowboarding. In the summertime they have bike tournaments, and you can take the ski lifts up to the peak for a spectacular vista view of the green mountains. There are lakes in the area great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, canoeing and speed boating; or if water sports aren't your style, there is hiking and horseback riding close by. We are also just 10 minutes from Haystack Golf Course and Mt. Snow Golf Club. Some meals we use the full-size kitchen to prep our own food or we just hire a caterer to do all the work. Like going out? The local cuisine offers both casual and upscale restaurants. There's a little something for everyone!
